The orchestra meets for rehearsals every Thursday evening during academic term-time, starting at 7.30pm. We are keen to attract playing members, preferably with some experience of orchestral playing.

The orchestra has vacancies in all string sections, and interested players are invited to attend for a trial period with the orchestra.
There are vacancies in other sections as follows:-

| Percussion: | Timpani (1) |
If you are interested in joining the orchestra for these positions, you will be invited to attend an informal and relaxed audition with Music Director, Dr James Ross.
