Terry Heard (Clarinet) Terry is a long standing member of the Orchestra, playing clarinet and bass clarinet. Terry is also the Chairman of the Blackheath Choir which he joined 20 years ago. He is a keen musician who has recently taken up the Double Bass, and also has a love of Opera. Terry has recently completed a degree in Opera Studies. Since his retirement from the City of London School, where he was Deputy Head, he has tried to slow down the loss of grey cells by text book writing and involvement with the enrichment of school mathematics via masterclasses and local and national competitions.
